Your guided experience begins with an introduction to Dhido—a Nepali millet staple—and Raksi, a local alcohol, followed by a short walk to nearby fields to pick seasonal vegetables alongside your host. Back in the host’s kitchen, you’ll master the art of preparing Dhido and side dishes over a firewood stove, kneading and mixing with traditional techniques, and learning to craft Raksi with a community member.
The session wraps up with a shared dinner featuring your creations, paired with the freshly brewed Raksi, fostering bonds with your hosts over stories of their way of life.
