The family was amazingly kind. The views were absolutely fantastic. Food was good--organically grown on their farm. Room was clean and had 24 hour electricity. They have WIFI. Western toilet, and a shower. Family was friendly and wanted to help us out. We were transported in a comfortable car that came on time, and even just a little early. All in all just a wonderful stay.

The experience in the Nagarkot homestay was truely amazing. The Bastola family is lovely and made me feel like home. To experience how local Nepali farmers live and be part of the community is a one in a lifetime opportunity. I also had a great time hiking to the waterfall and the Buddha temple on top of the mountain. The view is stunning. I can highly recommend the homestay in the Nagarkot community.

What an incredible experience to be welcomed into somebody's home for a few days, and being able to witness their lifestyle from up close. Communication was a bit of an issue when Raja was not around (my fault for not learning some rudiments of Nepali), b
